Important issues concerning transport and accompanying persons

Dear Participants,

 
We are very happy that you have decided to come to Szeged. We will do our best to make this visit unforgettable for you.  Please make sure that you provide us information concerning your flight details (flight number and arrival time), so we can arrange all the transports to be as smooth as possible. Please note that the bus transfer to/from Szeged and the 2-Euro-registration fee for the social events are only for those who have registered for the conference.  Please make sure that you have registered your accompanying person as well. All participants (sponsors, invited speakers, presenters, etc.) need to cover her/his accompanying person costs.  Concerning all unregistered, they will only be brought to Szeged, if they pay the registration fee at the airport. We also kindly ask you to inform us at the registration desk concerning your flight details (departure time and place, flight number) for your transfer back to the airport.


If you come by car or train, or if you have already provided these information, please disregard this notice.
